The Iliad – 1711 Highland Ave (Large Apartments with a lot of Common Space)

As an RPI alumnus, I am on a mission to renovate older properties and provide modern, safe, and clean off-campus housing options that I wish existed when I was a student. 1711 Highland Ave is right across the street from our first property 1704 Highland Ave. The property was recently renovated and has two large apartments with copious amounts of common space as well as a two-bedroom unit that we refer to as the “Penthouse” with six retractable skylights to let in a ton of natural light with a nice cross breeze. Highland Ave is wider than most streets in Troy and has plenty of on-street parking available.

Summary of the Property:

– 3 Unit Building (One five-bedroom apartment. One four-bedroom apartment and One two-bedroom apartment)
– Flexible leasing options (Option for one semester leases)
– All utilities included with FREE Wi-FI and Washer/Dryer
– Fully furnished bedrooms with desk, chair, and bed with a closet in each bedroom
– a 10-minute walk from RPI and a 5-minute walk to two different shuttle stops

Pricing: $685 per bedroom per month for either the 5 or 4-bedroom apartments and $750 per month for the two-bedroom penthouse.
