Hello Prospective Tenants!
I moved to Albany, NY in January of this year for a new job and have absolutely loved my experience with the Brunswick Woods Apartment complex (where this unit is located) and their staff. Unfortunately, my father was diagnosed with cancer in May and I am moving to care for him. His treatments are expensive, and my lease does not give me any way to break the contract early – however, they do give me the opportunity to sublet the apartment to a qualified tenant. So here I am!
The apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath in a pet-friendly, no-smoking building. The rent quoted here includes the pet fee for one animal and taxes. Rent also includes a detached 1 car garage with storage, access to an on- gym and pool, and high speed internet and cable (which has been sufficient for my husband who works from home in IT!). The unit has a large bathtub, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit. While it is not furnished, we would be happy to leave a dining room table and chairs, desk, and TV console if those would be helpful for you to orchestrate your move.
The other tenants of the apartment complex seem to be easy going professionals, retirees, and families. We have never had any issues with our neighbors (and rarely see or hear them at all!). My husband would describe the entire area as quiet and peaceful – with lovely views of nature but still close enough to the city to be within easy reach of your needs.
The unit will be vacated and available July 1. Prospective tenants will have to pass a background check / proof of income through Tri-City Rentals.
